    Leaky water spicket inside the house
    It appears my outside water spicket is leaking on the inside of the house. There is water coming from under the base board below where the spicket is, is this a simple fix at the spicket head

    Best is to replace the spicket. Or you can replace only washer...

    In the meantime, attach hose to the spicket and lead it away from the house to minimize damage to your walls...

    Is this a frost proof garden spicket? What type of pipe runs to it?

    It appears to be a frost proof spicket. It has a small plastic cap sitting on the top of it. Not sure of the type of pipe as most of it sits behind panneling. Lifting the ceiling tile I can see a "typical" plumbing copper pipe leading to where the

    Right now I have the water valve to the outside spickets turned off. When I remove the current spicket, is there any kind of corrosion or evidence to look for to see if the spicket is "bad?"
