I have a Noma THM701 programmable thermostat. I have a CKJ Armstrong AC model # LR69489 air conditioner. I put thermostat on auto fan and cool as manual says and saw the icons turning. My floor vents had only tine breeze coming out for 3 hours and home stayd same horrible heat. I went outside to see AC box and there's a big huge fan inside it that was not moving at all. I could hear a humming noise from it though. Is there a main switch I don't know about or does it sound like motor burnt. I recently moved into this house so never used it before.
