    How to appeal a judgement
My son was just sued over an accident, where he was cited , those citations were dismissed. Doesn't that mean he was found not at fault. The person hit him as he was turning and they didn't see his signals and they went to pass. Causing his motorcycle to collide with my sons truck. There saying my son was at fault. The other person hit him. How is my son at fault.

The citations being dismissed do not prove guilt or innocence.

Was your son sued by the other driver's insurance company and lose?

Has a judgment been awarded? Who dismissed what citations? What does your son's insurance have to say?
