My AC is not cooling off. I paid some side person to put 5lbs of freon in a week ago.
Now its not cooling off again. Before the AC stopped cooling it got freezing cold then just stop cooling off.
Lots of water poured out of the drain pipe from the attic. The pipe drains to the outside of my two story home onto the ground. The unit is only three years old. I have the temp set at 60 and its 82 inside.
Will my AC mess up if I keep running it like that?

So... did you think to ask them to check where the leak was... because freon isn't consumed... and it doesn't wear out. 5 lbs or freon is a LOT of freon.
