    Hi,

    My husband & I are applying for the tier 1 migrant visa to the uk. I would be applying for a dependent visa, is it necessary that I have to get my passport changed to include his name in my passport? Or can I apply for the visa in my maiden name?

    Not necessary IF the law in your home country allows women to keep their maiden name after marriage.
