My 2001 honda civic transmission is not pulling very hard and I was told it could be a fuse or bad connection. Fluid level is fine and color is good, my car only has 70,000 miles so I didn't think I should be having transmission problems now.

If the transmission fluid has not been changed every 30,000 miles, the clutch packs may be bad.
