I have 2 fuses that don't work my fuel pump is not priming, could that be the problem?
When I test my fuses all work except for 2. now my fuel pump is not buzzing, could either one of the fuse be the problem?

Definitely, replace with correct amperage fuse(if not labeled, same as existing).
Replacing fuses is Best first thing to do. If fuse blows again, try without the load(pump)this will tell of a wiring instead of a pump problem,
Or try with the Pump disconnected, and see if fuse blows.

Yes, it could easily by a blown fuel pump fuse or a bad fuel pump relay.
