What movie is it when a girl always gets made fun of by these boys at school. So her little brother takes up for her and tries to beat them up, then the boys end up beating him up because he's littler. So the next time the girl gets on the bus, she attacks the boy who beat up her brother and makes fun of her and they end up going to the principals office and her mom had to pick her up and was mad.

Hmmmm... that's a tough one... is that the PLOT of the movie or is that just a part that you remember? Any more info would be helpful ;)
