In a marriage of 19 years is everything split 50/50.
My husband has a Motorcycle that is almost paid off and worth about 25,000.00. He says it's only in his name and he doesn't have to split it's worth.
I am getting a lawyer just haven't got there yet.

If it was acquired during your marriage he's wrong.

It isn't community property except for Dahlia's husband's motorcycle.

Good, while he's living out of his motorcycle he can spend his free time organizing his sports memorabilia - that is, the half that he's left with.

Everything is included in the marital assets. That doesn't mean everything is split 50/50. For example, there is a motorcycle worth $25K and a sports memorabilia collection worth $175K and a house worth $200K. So he can keep the cycle and the collection and you get the house.

Absolutely - I should have been more specific. The VALUE of the assets acquired during the marriage is split 50/50.

Or to annoy him, ask for half of the memorbilia and one wheel from the motorcycle.
