I have temporary full custody Of my 11 month old daughter. Her mother Abuse's prescription pills And neglects her. What steps should I take it to ensure I win the hearing. The judge gave her visitation from 7 am to 7 pm 6 days a week. So I'm worried he's going to give her back to her.

Provide proof her of drug use. Was her visitation supervised?
