I have these super annoying itchy red bumps that look exactly like mosquito bites, but I keep finding more of them, and they are especially annoying during the night. They don't look like bed bug bites (no bleeding or scabs), or scabies, but I am open to possibilities.
Anyone got any ideas?

Blood doesn't have to be evident, nor scabs, with new bed bug bites. Would you have reason to believe your domicile is infected? Did you just recently move in ?

Another possibility is spider bites. If you had made your bed with newly laundered sheets, after leaving them in a laundry hamper, spiders love the warmth and darkness.
