Gmail doesn't have profiles.

If someone clicks on Settings in their gmail account, they'll have some options that they can use in any emails that they send. That's about as close can be to having a "profile" when sending anything using gmail.

However, are you asking about for you or for someone who's sent you something using gmail, please?
