My Kenmore Elite dishwasher will not start - Mod 665.16462300

All the buttons on the left will light up including:
SmartWash/AntiBact/PotsPans/NormalWash/ChinaGentle/QuickRinse/Hightemp/SantiRinse/AirDry

But the buttons on the right will not light up:
Delay / Cancel / Start

I replaced the thermal fuse but that didn't help

Any ideas?
