My problem is when I watch videos on YouTube or sme sites(not all) then my data starts receiving(videos starts streaming) but when I close the site my data is still getting downloaded I mean my data is still being received until or unless I disconnect my net.even I tried formatting my windows Xp SP2.can anyone help me with it..

This might be an issue with your browser and/or the version of Flash you have installed. It seems like Flash is starting a rogue process that isn't getting killed when the browser window is closed. Try upgrading to the latest Flash Player and try a different browser. You might want to try Google Chrome because it restricts processes within a given page to run only when that page is open.
