Not only are the careful but also concerned due to so much fraud done from various nations like this.

She can get a visa for vacation and merely come visit you, like you were going to visit her, that is not hard at all. It would not allow her to stay, but should meet the requirements that require the two people to meet in person.

    Hello bubba:

I don't know. Is what you're saying, in order for people in the world to come to the US for a vacation, we require that they own land here first?? I don't think we do that. It would hurt tourisim.

I would look into it a little further. Maybe you should consider consulting with an immigration attorney.

Please check out this web site, who ever told you that they had to own land and have 10,000 is lying to you. We have people from there visit our Order all the time and they own nothing, often we have to raise money for them to come and visit.

Check out this web site, it tells you exactly what she needs to do to come to the US to marry you.

I understand that this post is two yrs old but for the sake of FYI, bubbalooke is somehow right.

Due to overwhelming/ increasing numbers of overstaying and fraud, US immigration is very very very strict to Filipinos and requires Tourist Visa applicant to present evidence that the applicant doesn't have an intention to abandon the country when he/she visits US: Among are certificate of (current) employment, land title, car title, business after the person's name and other properties... also money to support his stay in the US. Showing this evidence will tie the person that he/she still has obligation to the homeland and can't afford to just leave.

This also applies to many other countries throughout Asia and the Middle East. Thailand, Vietnam, etc. even China.
