    Can a corp. withhold accrued vacation time upon the termination of my position
    My position as a pharmacist for a chain pharmacy has been terminated. They are paying for my time up to my termination. I have accrued 68 hours of vacation time for which they are not paying me because I was terminated. Can they do this?

    It may depend on your state. But yes, it is common for it not to be paid
