Yes indeed, but the portion size maybe a little on the large side.

My kids love fish fingers, chicken nuggets, chips etc, as long as this isn't all they eat, and have fresh as well, it's all good.

Of course I'm assuming they are eating solids and feeding themselves.
Best idea would be to try them with various different things and I'm sure they'll soon find their faves.

Finger food at this age is a great way to educate the child's patette, getting different tastes and textures, helps curb food problems later,it is also a great way to develop eye to hand movement and hand to mouth movement, picking up the food will develop fine motor skills.

Offer lots of different types of food.

You can feed her just about every thing you are eating. Just give her small bits and watch her. My daughter is 14 months and refuses to eat most of the baby foods. I just plan my meals with her in mind. While she can't eat everything I just add something she can eat. Just experiment.

Guess I am going against the grain here, but chips are a real chocking hazard. And they are not ready for full adult foods normally.

Yes chips and cokes are a no-no. So is hard candy. Cokes eat away at the enamel. Spicy foods can also cause chocking. Meat can be testy. It has to be really tender. Hamburger meat is iffy unless it is really small pieces.

Just adding to the already good answers.

When my son was that age I was more comfortable with white fish from the freezer than chicken because it flakes apart easily.

Likewise, whenever I made pasta red sauce from scratch, I used carrots for flavor and for the sugars... to this day my son will devour "pasta carrots"... which are just simmered in the sauce until tender.

Small cut breaded chicken from the freezer... did this some but it was small pieces and he got his teeth a little "late"... so he wasn't doing this at 1 yr.

Don't know that I'm adding much more than what's been said...

Besides watching for possible choking hazards... consider too what other source of nutrition your child is getting. Is she still on formula or breastmilk? Does she eat a varied diet yet? What you decide to introduce her to, just be sure piece size and textures are appropriate to limit chocking and that the nutritional value is worth the caloric/fat intake.
