I do not recall much. But I do remember the lead character falls into a sewer and there is a can of turtle soup. The other part I remember was about a robot or wind up toy that is Forced to chop down a tree. It is attached to a pivot type device and wind's back then snaps forward to make a chop into the tree. For some reason I remember it was winter time when the toy is cutting the tree. That's all I can remember.
