I have a girl firend that has been staying with me for about a month and a half. No paper work showing she will pay anything, verbal agreement on paying light bill is all we have agreed on. She has personal property that she has moved in, and personal property that she has bought since we have been living together. I own the house and her name is not on anything. We live in Virginia

Yes, she has a verbal agreement to live there and is a resident.
You are going to have to give her notice to move out ( written) and if she does not move out, you will have to file for a formal eviction though the court
