    Please provide details for your disagree comment.

    Marriage in New Jersey is recognized by all US states, the District of Columbia, USVI, Guam and American Samoa under the full faith and credit clause (Article iV) of the US constitution. As such it is recognized by all federal agencies, including the USCIS and the US Department of State, the 2 applicable agencies.

    NYcityboy - it must be the new skin. I have been getting "disagrees" all over the place. Most of them are people who disagree with (or don't believe) the law, not people who have something of value to say to support their side of things.

    I guess if you don't like the answer, you disagree.
