Okay the other day I was caught shoplifting by a secret shopper at Wal-Mart. I was caught for stealing socks and a Nintendo DS game. They did press charges and I have court Thursday. I was wondering exactly what I was going to be issued in court? Probation, community service, or jail time. I'm pretty sure I will be given Community Service, I was wondering if so how many hours I would get?

We can't predict what you will 'get'. They pressed charges so the dollar value warranted that. And possibly your demeanor, your attitude when you were caught.

Walmart does press charges. You will also be banned from Walmart for at least a year.
