    Is it possible t switch child's custody from Winterhaven,FL to Rochester,NY/ If So and how? How do I file? And should I file from Rochester? Or from Florida?

    We need a little more background if your looking for advice. Who is doing the move away and are and court orders currently in effect? What court granted them?
