Whirlpool modelGSQ9364HQO doesn't spin. I can hear the motor running it isn't spinning. The motor stops when I open the door. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It might be the lid safety switch that needs replaced. Try that.

Your washer should be a direct drive. If the motor is working I would check the motor coupling. It goes between the motor and the transmission. It is made of rubber and will break (about $15.00) to replace. You will find ground rubber under the washer. Check that.
