Not sure of your question, but if there is court order keeping you away, you have to stay away till you can get it lifted and/or modified

If you have been barred from your home due to a restraining order you cannot go back to the premises unless you have an order from the court stating such. If you need to remove some of your personal possessions or clothing you will have to approach the court and get written permission. Or you will violate the restraining order and could land in jail for contempt.
