I just signd my lease to my new apartment and when go to move my things in there are roaches everywhere.when I did the walk threw they we're nowhere to be found,and also I looked around in the bathroom during my walk threw and everything seemed fine but like I said when I go to move in my things I opened up the cabinet underneath the sink and low and behold mold growing around the water pipes... I don't know what to do I don't even want to live there anymore what should I do

You need to report this to the landlord and have them try to repair the condition. Only if they don't immediately do something about it or fail to repair it, can you deal with breaking the lease.

Document everything! Put all your requests in writing.
