Mine was $40 and it was Michigan. Its usually only 20 but we paid to get it rushed. They only rush it for valid reasons and since I was military they rushed it for us.

You will have the cost of the license, and the judge fee. Normally this is all for 100 or less. You can merely call the courthouse and get the cost of the license , any requirements and the fee for the judge to marry you

It is not a formal wedding at all. Next you will need to ask if it is done in the courtroom or merely in a judges office with judge sitting at a desk, Often there is not really room for anyone to be in there taking photos at the actual service.

A professional photographer will often be 300 to 1000 dollars depending on the services you ask for.

At the weddings I do as a pastor, the photographer always makes a lot more money than I do.

A pastor will often marry you in his home for about 50 bucks, or at some location around town for 100 to 200 dollars.
