I have $40,000 in credit card debt. One company I owe $15,000 obtained a judgment. They have already gotten $4000 by garnishing my chekcing account, and now say I owe $16,000 due to interest. I deleted the poster trying to go with the "credit counseling" most are rip off companies at best, many under investigation for false claims. And once they have a judgement they are not going with a counseling company
