How to arrange through court visits with your child?
My Boyfriend would like to start seeing his son more often and more regular but the mum won't allow it she's always messing it around, so I am trying to help him arrange proper visits so he doesn't have to go through her all the time and always get let down. How do I got about it like what number I get him to ring and what he should say?

    Few things:
    1. Where are you located?
    2. Is your boyfriend the legal father of the child? Is he listed on the birth certificate? Did he sign a paternity acknowledgment or take a DNA test?
    3. Is there a court order currently in place allowing him visitation?

    Located in brighton.
Yes he is the legal father on birth certificate and that.
    And no court order

I'm going to assume you're in England. I'm not positive on how it works there, so I'll give you the advice I'd give someone here in the States.

He needs a court order if he wants to enforce anything. Make sure he documents as much as he can - how much time he has spent with the child, how frequently he visits with him, etc.

Once it's ordered through the court, the mother can get into trouble if she interferes - but right now nothing's stopping her from doing what she wants, when she wants.

There is no "number" to call. Nor can YOU really do anything since you have no legal standing.

HE has to go before a court and request a formal visitation schedule. Once such a schedule has been establish, the mother will need to make the child available according to the schedule.

Yes as a girlfriend of the father you have no rights at all and can not help arrange anything.

Next he needs a court order that states what days and times he gets visits
