When I see my probation officer, will she violate me?
Hello,
I am on 16 month probation for grand theft, 3rd degree. My probation ends as soon as my fines, and restitution are paid. I got a ticket for driving on suspended license with knowledge. Driving was not part of my probation-it was suspended for failure to appear to fight a ticket I got a little while ago. The reason I didn't appear, the court/dmv mailed notices to wrong address. Say my address is 12345--it was mailed to 1245, so I didn't know it was suspended. I am only seeing her for the 3rd time later next month, but I am current on payments, and she has been to my house, and everything checked out fine. Thank you for any and all help.
