Hi, I have been caught up in the payday loans for over 3 years or more, have paid some off, however I have two loans out with same lady but different name of business, I had some health issues last year and lost second job, since January have asked to pay note down, and pay off, not roll over, she has told me I can't do that, I am willing to pay the loan off, but can't continue to pay high pmt of interest and not be able to pay toward the loan, If I just don't pay because of her not willing to let me pay off will I be turned in to the hot check division?
