Sex is a very emotional act and is meant to create a bond between two people. Take pride in yourself and remember that you are a valuable young lady and deserve the best that any guy has to offer. Don't sell yourself short and offer it up to anyone. Your friend should also know that there's absolutely nothing wrong with being a virgin at any age. Sorry first being a virgin at 16 is something to be proud of, so he should not have to lie, but if he does, so is over 3/4 of the guys giving their stories.
