I have sweaty hands! I don't know wuts wrong
Ok... Ever since I can remember I've had sweaty palms. I don't know what's wrong. I'm healthy. I'm 14 And I'm only 110 lbs So I'm not overweight. It's not genetic because nobody in my family has sweaty hands. Plus none of my friends have it. They don't know how it feels to live in constant fear that someone will touch your hand and get grossed out and walk away... It's happened many times. Butbthe weird thing is that they don't sweat when I eat! Plus if they are not sweaty and I notice it.. They get sweaty because I thought about it... I don't know If I have weird sweat glands or if I have a disease or if it's puberty or something... My armpits and feet sweat too! Not as bad as my hands but they get pretty sweaty... Help!!

I was the same way at your age- just a part of growing up. I remember at church I'd be nervous for people to shake my hands or nervous about a boy holding my hand. It goes away! It's so common. Don't stress.

Hey I have the same problem. I'm 11 and it doesn't run in my family at all. In fact we have a history of cracky, dry hands. I feel left out. But don't sit around and pout, talk to your family about it, visit a doctor, talk to friends, search the web. I know it has showed me I need to talk to my family because I'm going to the doctor soon. Good luck!
