I have a computer that is 19V 3.16A What size of wattage power socket do I need?
I am trying to order power sockets for an exhibition stand and there are various strengths of wattage i.e. 500w or 1Kw up to 3Kw all 13 amp. The computers we are running are 19V 3.16A. Please can someone advise me if a 500w socket is enough to operate 1 computer? Many thanks.

    KISS

Power = voltage * Current or (19)*(3.16) or about 60W. Assuming 85% efficient, then budget for about 70 W each.
