My IUD has moved to my belly and I want to know if I can get pregnant or not or does the hormone it puts out stop me from getting pregnant?

How do you know it has moved into your belly? By belly do you mean stomach or uterus? Can you still feel the string in the vaginal canal?

I went to have it removed and they couldn't find it so they did a x-ray and found it in my stomach

It will then have to be removed. And yes, you can still get pregnant.

Well that's not what I want. Thank you for your help I do have a appt for a back up birth control and removal

One more question does breastfeeding lower the chances of getting pregnant

What's not what you want?

How did your IUD travel from your uterus to your stomach? There is no connecting tube. Removal from the stomach would probably have to be major surgery.

what I don't want is to get pregnant Im not sure on the details the lady who did my x-ray only told me it was in my belly and I would have to have surgery to have it removed

I'm still trying to figure out how it got into your belly. And there's only one way not to get pregnant. For sure.
