Its Bantam not banton and is probably a rooster. These are the ones used for fighting. Anyway, can be quite nasty as roosters go. There testosterone is absolutely over the high end. They are quite colourful when adult.
Don't know what you have to do because, although I have had chickens and roosters, never had to hand raise one.
They grow fast. Go to a feed store and find out what kind of grain you will need. Nothing much you have to do but feed him.
You won't be able to keep him and probably have to hand him over to someone who lives in the country.

What makes you think it's a rooster?
I have 3 hens already, one of them became broody so we put 2 fertile eggs under her. One hatched and the other didn't, sadly.
But now the chick is 2 weeks she has been accepted back into the group and the chick has not...
Im hoping once its bigger they will be easier on it with slow progress.
My other hens are a LOT bigger than this one is ever going to be though.
I would think to keep the chick fairly warm. Maybe give him a stuffed animal or something to snuggle up against for at night. Always keep fresh water and food out.
Baby chickens are fairly easy to care for since they can eat solid food right away.
You might want to look up some articles on how to care for a chick for the proper proceedures.
Good luck
