I have a 15 yr old that has abused myself as his mother and his stepfather. He wants to liv with his dad and his dad says no due to his girlfriend. Kid does not want to come back to me.we have joint custoday and 3 1/2 days per week visitation each. What can happen now. Dad says his relationship will suffer with girlfriend. Am I in any kind of trouble
Good grief. You and your ex sound like a pair of winners. No wonder your son has the attitude he has - sounds like you both put him last and your relationships first.
Be that as it may or may not, you all need family counseling to handle anger, behavior management, and the abuse issues. It is not just one who needs help here - you all need help!
First he is 15, sorry but who really cares at this point what he wants, his dad says no, so he comes home to you. You ground him, you take away things and make him do what you say.
This sounds like a child who needs a foster home, since both parents don't really want him.

Your showing almost no interest in your sons welfare at all, and saying the only reason he can't live with his dad is that his dad doesn't want him to. Do you not care where he lives? Does he mean that little to you?
