Has cap and trade passed in the senate?
How can I find out if a bill has passed in the senate? I'm particularly interested in cap and trade.

    Hello n:

No, it hasn't passed. The righty's loved it, but changed their minds when they found the lefty's liked it too. So, they put the kaybosh on it. They are the party of NO, after all.

    Thanks, excon.

I'm glad it hasn't passed. Another tax? We're drowning in taxes now.

But then, I do happen to be a member of the "Party of No" -- No to more taxes and no to more big government, that is. I take it you aren't. :)

Anyway, thank you for answering. Nubiegal

    Hello again, n:

Well, I don't know that it raises our taxes. That's certainly how the right is defining it, but they also told me there's a death panel in the health care law. I looked. I couldn't find it.

So, what they rightwing says is suspicious to me. No, I don't believe the leftwingers either.

Hi there . No it hasn't passed . The Dems are waiting for the lame duck session to pass it.

If that doesn't work for them the
Obots plan on enacting all the provisions of the law they can through executive order to the EPA. Since SCOTUS foolishly ruled that carbon dioxide is a pollutant ,it gave the
President the opening he needed to make the law as he sees fit.
