Where can I find free printable 1099_misc to download?

You CANNOT download Form 1099-MISC from the IRS website, because it is a multi-layer form with the red copy on the top.

However, you can either visit the local IRS office and get as many of the forms as you need for free, or call or write the IRS and ask them to mail you as many copies as you need at no charge.
