I moved you post to a new question, merely asking a question to a thread, esp in the Introduction area will not get many responses.
The Introduction area is just for that to introduce yourself, if you have not done so this would be a good time for that.
I hope you enjoy the site and I moved this so you may get the most and best answers possible, and sorry perosanlly I have no idea to your answer
There are way too many unknowns for a reliable answer here. I strongly suggest you begin with a medical checkup. Then get a recommendation from someone who knows more about you and your health.Quote:

Most of our lives, we treated Doctor visits as optional, it's now time to get serious, make an appointment and have a through physical, Blood Pressure, cholestrol and sugar levels need to be checked. Hormonal and metabolic changes hit us rather quickly after 40. Here's some ground rules, Eat smaller portions, (eat less, exercise more), Change your exercise program for instance every other week but make it a through program of aerobics and weight lifting. At least 30-60 minutes 3-4 times a week. Really watch what your eating, the sames foods and diets we were use to at 20 probably won't work at 40. Bad choices of foods are cookies, crackers, cakes, processed cerals, meats, good choices such as broccoli, apples, pears, chickpeas and beans are great for your body. Cut or lower you sugar intakes, try to cut out colas, drink more water. Really read nutritional labels and see what the actual serving size is for the food that your eatting.
