Lm filing out facts in support for visitation.
Im newly married ex doesn't like it. This is putting strain on my relationship with my daughters. I have 2 sons that this also effects. Ex is very vulgar and disrespectful to my new wife and myself. What do I write is facts in support for visitation?

I don't see how your current situation (your ex hates your wife) has anything to do with visitation.

Are you being denied visitation? If so, go to Court and get the Order enforced.

This is a difficult situation that a lot of people experience, unfortunately.

I don't understand why you are writing something in support of visitation, though.

You have no reason to explain why you need visits, as the child's father, you merely go to court to enforce your visitation agreement. If the ex tries to stop you from seeing your children on your days and times take her back to court.
