How can I evict my boyfriend who is listed as a coowner on the mortgage but has stopped paying his half od the bills. He was using all kinds of excuses like being garnished for child support etc.. but with a lot of snooping I found out he is no longfer being garnished and received over $3000 tax refund, which he used to catch up on his car payments. I do think things will get violent if it's not handled correctly. He's been removed once but only for a 72 hour "cooling Off" period.

He's a co-owner and therefore can't be evicted. You can sue him for his share of the money or you can buy him out.

And/or get a restraining order against him, which could give you temporary possession of the premises.

It is not being on the mortgage, but being on the deed ? I will assume he is on it also.

You can not evict him, married couples use divorce court to work out who gets to live there, "friends" don't get that option.
