    Such an order is usually directed to a peace officer. You could demand that the tenant leave, but what are you going to do if he refuses?

    You can't grab ahold of him and throw him out, if that's what you are asking.

    The court gives an order for them to leave, if they don't, you contact the court and arrange for a officer to come out.

    The officer makes sure that the 100's of laws are followed.
