Was denied for a continuence for my violation and have a violation sentencing my next court day does that mean I will be remanded from court that day even when I have my case still pending to prove that I violated?

Isn't the 'next court date' FOR the violation?Or is there additional VOP's?

Yes its for my violation sentencing with my new case that's pending they putt it for the same day I guess.I had my vop prelim examination already. So now I'm waiting to go to court the 2nd of July for my violation sentencing and my arraignment for my new case that's pending

I have 3 felony violations. Do you think I will be remanded? When I was arrested not to long ago for new case and violations they didn't O.R. ME at my request. The let my co-defandent go because she had no prior criminal convictions. So I stayed in custody going back and forth to jail. The D.A. finally told the judge that either they would have to dismiss this case or they can release me and continue it due to the fact the arresting officerwho arrested me was on vacation and didn't get sopeinad in time or something. So they had to let me go inorder to have this case continued. They released me and I've been stayn out of trouble. Now the cop did show up at my last court date and testified against us, but some of the stuff he was sayn were all lies. Do you tink I have a fair chance on doing little time? Or do I have a chance of dismissal?

They are tryn to charge me with possession of controlled substance for sale. A violation for having a firearm in my possession. violation of ammunition and violation of stolen propoerty what do you think my best is.
