OK hear it is my 15 year old dtr decided out of the blue to live with her dad. Basically because. I won't buy her a car or give her eveything she wants anymore. She is an honor roll student and active in sports. He is being really hatefull. He was not an active parent for those 9 years. Participated in no sports or activities. I can't talk to him he gets really angry and doesn't listen. Should I just let her go or should I fight in court

First at 15 she has no right to decide where she is to live.

And the only way you will "fight it in court" is if the father decides to hire an attorney and fight for custody.

If he has not been active in the child's life, it is doubtful he could win, the court may require him to have a much more active visit relationship and then come back in time 6 months to a year and review it.
