Suddnely the water got stuck in the toilet, and its not getting clear how many every times its flushed. Now its happening with wash basine too.

You piggybacked on a 6 year old thread so I gave you one of your own.
To purge air from a water system simply open up the uppermost faucet and run until the air is gone.
Yore fixtures aren't "air locked" they are clogged with mineral; built up in your pipes or other trash. Any plumbing work done lately?
Remove the aerator from the lavatory and see if the water doesn't run better.
