I have 6 months of Unsupervised Probation on a Misdemeanor charge. I live in Missouri & desperately need to move to Colorado. I've never been in trouble before this, I know nothing about the law. Is it going to be possible for me to move to Denver? If so, what do I have to do?

Do you have a probation department over this ?

If no, or if you don't know, go to the clerk of the court and see if they allow you to move. Get it in writing if they say yes

I think UNSUPERVISED means exactly that. Having authority over where you live, would BE supervision, wouldn't it??
