Actually my fiancée only said for her to pay 300, but she insisted, so after about 6 months of teeth pullling to get rent she simply quit, and says I have to legally evict her, and she is going to keep my grandchildren from me if I make her mad.

Legally you need to evict her; as far as the personal advice, she has control of her children. That may very well involve keeping them from you.

You have to choose what you can live with.

Some States have Grandparents rights laws but the process is long and expensive and this situation does not qualify.

You need to evict her, she has not helped by paying rent, ( which she agreed to)
