How do the police go after someone with a warrant?
I have a stay away order on my ex, and he is on probation. I got my phone # changed so he didn't know it anymore, he called me lastnight on my new #! I called the police and they told me they would issue a warrant on him. I want to know if they will keep going to his house daily until they get him or if they just wait for him to do something else wrong to arrest him for it.

Depends, do you live in a town of 10,000 people, or a major city of 3 million ?

Are you going to go down and see the police chief ?
Also are you going down Monday and see if they actually did file a report to the DA to get a warrant issued

Well he lives in Woburn MA, if that answers that question for you. And I called the town police were I live today and they told me that they did issue the warrant and notified woburn. I asked them if I should go to the court house tomorrow and they told me there was no need too.

If you feel threatened,go to court tomorrow, don't let them tell you if you are safe or not, they simply don't have to follow up on anything unless you make it an issue.

Your rights have been violated and you want justice?Right?Go get it.
