A lady hit my parked car and lied about it I did not see her hit it but she told me she did

She lied when she told you she hit it? Or she told you she hit it, then told someone else that she didn't?

Yes that what she had told the cop "i never said that"

She told me she might had hit my car and when I saw the dent I said you did hit my car and then she said now you are blaming me for hitting your car

So ? Did her car have a dent ? Was there paint transfer to her car ? Was the point of impact where here car would have hit ( bumper point, or body point, at the same level as the dent ?

So she lied, sorry no surprise, few actually admit guilt, so you turn it over to your insurance or sue her in small claims court for damage
