I`have`the`9600`temperature`system`and`the`tempera ture`never`changes`it`just`reads`78`degrees`I`lowe r`the`temperature`and`it`gets`cooler`but`the`meter `never`changes`causing`it`to`constantly`run`for`no `reason.
